We offer a schedule of works which provides the full specification for repair along with quantities and specifications. This allows our clients to forward the schedule of works to numerous contractors and obtain comparable quotes.
Not only does the schedule of works enable a client to obtain three (or more) free quotes; but along with this document there are a number of really helpful points of clarification such as:
- Is removal of waste material within the price provided?
- Do you have product liability insurance?
- Are you able to offer an insurance backed guarantee on this work?
- are there any future ongoing costs associated with this work (often with structural waterproofing the ongoing maintenance can amount to a significant expense and comparison at the initial stages is very helpful.)
